Jorge Jimenez's life took a significant turn at the age of seventeen when he discovered that his girlfriend was pregnant with their first child. Faced with the prospect of fatherhood at a young age, he turned to his father for guidance. His father encouraged him

marry, emphasizing the importance of building a stable foundation for the future. This advice shaped JJ’s mindset, and instead of taking impulsive actions, he channeled his energy into focusing on how he could best provide for his growing family.

Rising Through Persistence

In 1990, JJ joined Viking Trucking, determined to work hard and make a living. Over the course of the next ten years, his dedication and persistence paid off as he climbed the ranks within the company.

By the end of the decade, he had worked his way up to the role of dispatch manager. However, despite his success and stability in the trucking industry, JJ felt a growing sense of dissatisfaction. He realized that while his job provided for his family, it didn’t ignite his passion

or give him a deeper sense of purpose. Eager for a change, JJ began to explore new career possibilities. It was during this time that he received pivotal advice from Kim Cleghorn, who suggested he consider a career in real estate.

Intrigued by the opportunity to help people achieve one of life’s most significant milestones—homeownership—JJ decided to take the leap and transitioned into the real estate industry in 2000.
